The purpose of this study is to investigate the user satisfaction factors on physical environment of public culture tourism street. To achieve the purpose, a pattern language was used as an item pool for deriving user satisfaction factors, while an empirical analysis was conducted focused on public culture tourism street of Insa-dong. As a result, in public perspective, 'Relaxation' and 'Mobility' were identified, and in tourism perspective, 'Attractiveness', 'Educational/Learning', 'Commerciality', 'Convenience' and 'Traditionality' were derived. Except for 'Commerciality', every other factors showed relatively low satisfaction scores. The result implies that crucial satisfaction factors in effectively managing public culture tourism street are the physical environments in both 'public perspective' and 'tourism perspective' and in case of Insa-dong, the need for reorganizing physical environment in relations to 'Convenience', 'Traditionality' and 'Relaxation' were proved. This study is meaningful as it discovered 'Mobility' as a crucial factor in meeting user's satisfaction on Public culture-tourism streets, thus implies that closer attention towards 'Mobility' should be paid in planning and managing public culture tourism street.
