This study's aim was to find the specific personality factors which can predict organizational commitment and organization citizenship behavior. The superior's personality type according to subordinates has a significant effect on organizational commitment and organizational commitment partially affects organization citizenship behavior. This result illustrates that the affective Commitment, Normative Commitment, and Continuance Commitment can effect on organization citizenship behavior positively. These research results differ from previous studies because many kinds of temporary workers were included, such as contract workers, Internships, and part-time workers in hotel industry. Considering this circumstance, there is doubt whether or not employees will continuously stay and work in the organization. Subsequently, hotel companies should focus on the employees' organizational commitment to achieve more effective and efficient operations.
