Recently, the banquet service in the hotel industry occupies forty to forty five percent of total F&B sales, causing need for concentrated improvement and investment of banquet department for modernizations, and hotels have a trend of increasing their ability to hold more common and family events. Moreover, with progressing in the globalization, there is an upward tendency of the frequency for holding exhibitions and events since the government keeps trying to hold international conventions as a method for politic, economic, social, and cultural communication. Thus, the hotel banquet services should be demonstrated about choosing hotel and banquet programs to understand importance and accomplishment of host clients and hotel service. The main purpose of this study is providing the fundamental informations to secure competences in more efficient ways under intensive competition of domestic hotel banquet market through analysing whether the procedure of the formation of repurchasing relates to customer satisfaction, and investigating influential connections between brand images, customer satisfactions and reuses following the selectional property of the hotel banquet services.
