AB - Hotel companies training for employee's increase to provide better service their customers. This research, based on education and training of the hotel employe's, on desire self-development and career to concentrate is to clarify the affect. To achieve the purpose of research related to literature and leading research and analysis. Research in the seoul, daegu, gyeongbuk area, use one of the purpose of the study were to less than one years except the hotel employe's. Survey for this study period, March 1st to May 31th, 2010, analyze the SPSS (Ver. 12.0) statistical program using the frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis. regression analysis. Research results can be summarized as follows. The first, hotel employee's Education and training that partially of factor was related to self-development. Secondly, self-development related to affecting with career commitment.
