This study classified a feature of U-Tourguide service in Busan with suitability, mobility, connectivity, and a design and analyzed an impact on tourist behavior according to usability and an availability which has those four classifications. As the result of hypothesis verification, the features of service had an impact on the availability and did not have impact on usability. Also, the availability and usability had an impact on an intention of behavior. This means that the features of U-Tourguide service are recognized as more available than an existing service such as books or Internet. We could also find out the meaning that U-Tourguide service is just beginning and the tourists do not feel comfortable with a device for U-Tourguide service yet. Thus, an interface of device and various functions of devices should be developed in order that the tourists are able to use the device easily without any mental and physical efforts.
