This study aims to identify the effects of academic burnout to learning persistence and academic achievement. The result of this study is followed. First, academic incompetency level was higher among office worker compare to entrepreneur and academic anxiety level was higher among female compare to male. The level of apathetic toward their study was highest among 40s. Academic achievement level was highest among 30s and office worker and homemaker showed high academic achievement level in occupation wise. Second, the effects of academic burnout to academic achievement showed that apathetic toward study effects negatively to academic achievement. Third, the effects of academic burnout to learning persistence reflects academic incompetency and apathetic toward study effects negatively to learning persistence. Therefore, it is needed to decrease academic incompetency to increase academic achievement and the level of apathetic toward study should be decreased to increase academic achievement.
