The purpose of this study is to assure the company competitive power through the identification of career attitude & adaptations influencing employee satisfaction and motivation. The methodology used SPSS ver. 18 statistical program and AMOS ver. 18(Structural Equation Model) for frequencies variables, reliability, confirmatory factor analysis, Model fit, default Model fit. The results of the study were summarized as follows: First, employees career attitude and adaptation has influence from employee satisfaction and motivation. On the other hand, leadership training program influences all employees satisfaction but the effect on leadership training programs was less than our expectation for the experienced employees. Therefore brain storming is needed for the leadership training programs effect and systems. Consequently, for the employee satisfaction and motivation, the hotel company has to invest further. That will be the competitive power for the future in Hotel industry.
