Recent advancement of information technology has helped businesses digitalize their operations by information system. Consequently security attacks are growing in the form of data hacking on purpose or by accident. Information leakage, forgery, and destruction have caused damage to goal and interest of a company or even stop business operation. This study aimed to examine how the hotel employee’s perception of information security affects the ease of use and usefulness of the information system that handles the hotel operations and management. The hotel information security was divided into 3 security control elements such as physical, technical, and administrative security, in order to examine their perceived effect on employee's perception of system's ease of use and usefulness. A surveyed questionnaire was conducted on employees working at the division of customer information management in 23 deluxe hotels in Seoul, Korea. The result shows that the hotel information system's ease of use can be affected by technical, administrative, and physical security in their orders, whereas the usefulness is influenced by physical, administrative, and technical security in the order.
