This study is to identify the effects of Transformational Leadership and Perceived Organizational Team Support on Team Efficacy and Team Commitment of Hotel employees. The results are summarized as follows. First, the transformational leadership has positive effects on the team efficacy. Second, the transformational leadership has positive effects on the team commitment. Third, the perceived organizational team support has not effects on the team efficacy. Forth, the perceived organizational team support has positive effects on the team commitment. Fifth, the team efficacy has positive effects on the team commitment. Lastly, the transformational leadership has positive effects on the team commitment through the team efficacy.
