This study was conducted to examine the effect relationship among burnout, job satisfaction, and turnover intention of the aerial navigator employees, and then to compare characteristics among respondents(flight attendant, ground staff) according to the constructs. The results of this study elicited some implications. First, the results of structural equation modeling about the effect relationship among constructs showed that all research hypotheses(H_1∼H_3) are statistically significant. Concretely, burnout had an effect(directions-emotional exhaustion, depersonalization: (-), personal accomplishment: (+)) on job satisfaction which in turn, had a negative impact on turnover intention. Also, burnout(emotional exhaustion, personal accomplishment, depersonalization) appeared to be positively related on turnover intention. Second, the result of independent t-test and multi-group analysis showed that the relation between emotional exhaustion and turnover intention had a statistically significant difference in common among respondents(flight attendant, ground staff).
