The purpose of this study is inquiring into what effect of the environmental changes of airline's e-Business environment have on travel agencies and suggesting the strategy of travel agencies to cope with such effects. To achieve such study objectives, this research established the conceptual frame of environmental changes of airline's e-Business environment and travel agencies' management strategy through the existing documentary research. As for the factors in environmental changes of airlines, this research, on the basis of the preceding research, elicited the three factors web site ticketing, reduction and abolition of commission, and e-ticket, etc. By making exploratory factor analysis; as for the factors in travel agencies' management strategy elicited the four factors, such as strategic partnership, service fee, development of specialized travel packages, and volume incentive. As a result of empirical analysis, environment of airline's e-Business environment factor was found to have a service fees, development of specialized travel packages, but not on the strategic partnership and the volume incentives.
