The purpose of this study was to identify adolescents' pattern of participation leisure sports and camp activities with parents. To achieve these objectives, a survey was performed with 657 respondents and the researcher has conducted individual and group interview with 4 high school students as key informants. Data were analyzed by SPSS Window Package. Findings of this study are as follows: First, the rate of adolescents who participated in family sports was 24.3% in 1995 and 28.9% in 2011. Second, the rate of adolescents who participated in family camp was 45.9% in 1995 and 49.2% in 2011. Third, the most frequent place for family sports in 2011 were parks around house(49.7%), the most frequent day was Sunday(39.3%), the major family sports event was badminton(27.4%), the major places for family camp were mountains and beaches. Forth, adolescent participants felt happy and they had a good relationship with their parents through family sports and camp activities.
