The results of this study through above verification analysis can be summarized as follows: First, high emotional intelligence of hotel leaders has notable positive influence on employee members’ creativity. Second, high emotional intelligence has notable positive influence on employee members’ trust to leaders. Third, high emotional intelligence has notable positive influence on employee members’ group cohesiveness. Fourth, the members’ trust to leaders has notable positive influence on creativity. Fifth, the members’ trust to leaders has notable positive influence on their group cohesiveness. Sixth, hotel employees’ creativity has notable positive influence on group effectiveness. Seventh, the members’ trust to leaders has notable positive influence on group effectiveness. Eighth, group cohesiveness has notable positive influence on group effectiveness. Ninth, the members’ creativity has notable positive influence on innovation action. Tenth, group cohesiveness has notable positive influence on innovation action. Eleventh, the group effectiveness has notable positive influence on innovation action. Twelve, high emotional intelligence has notable positive influence on employee members’ group effectiveness.
