The objective of this study is to examine how the cross-cultural difference and different types of foreign casino customers affect the sales of the G casino 's located in Korea. The customers are grouped into three major cultural groups: Japanese, Chinese and Russian customers and three major types of customers: grouped, individual and VIP customers. Using the quantity autoregressive distributed lag model we found that VIP customers have statistically significant positive effects on the casino's sales. In addition, Russian customers also have statistically positively influenced on the casino's sales at the level of casino's sale was high. In conclusion, the customer's nationality and travel behavior differently influenced on the casino's sales. This finding may help casino managers to build efficient management and marketing strategies.
