This study aims to examine how hotel employee's Trust and social Capital, one of environmental variants, can influence his organizational cynicism and turnover intention in performing his duty. It is also another goal of this study to provide strategic materials through making out preventive measures against the organizational cynicism and turnover intention. To accomplish the goals, a field survey was conducted on the employees of the deluxe hotels in Seoul area. The results of this study, based on a positive analysis, could be summarized as follows. First, the cooperation, participation, network, norm turned out to have affirmative effects on hotel employee's Trust. Second, the cooperation, participation, network turned out to have affirmative effects on hotel employee's organizational cynicism and turnover intention Third, the trust turned out to have affirmative effects on hotel employee's organizational cynicism. Fourth, the trust turned out to have affirmative effects on hotel employee's turnover intention.
