This study aims to analyze what difference is in service satisfaction on the ship when using a cruise according to characteristics of demographic statistics and characteristics by touring. And also, this study seeks to find out service improvements for cruise service in accordance with each characteristic to suggest successful relation method between travel agencies sending out oversea travelers and cruise owners. To sum up the analysis, for travel agency's managers, customer satisfaction may vary by sex, age, occupation, fellow traveler, price of women's product. Therefore, when selecting a cruise, we need to be aware that demographic statistics characteristics can be very important factor to attract tourists. And also, for cruise managers, service on the ship and a duty-free shop's satisfaction was very low in terms of every factory, so customer satisfaction through providing the best service will enhance the cooperative relationship with travel agencies as well as attraction of regular customers. Consequently, in order for a travel agency and a cruise owner to succeed, service shall be differentiated using demographic statistics characteristics and characteristics by touring, and various cruise tour program which are cheap and enjoyable in a short period time shall be developed.
