Communication system and organization performance of tourist business contribute to achievement of an organization by achieving their goal through smooth communication with tourist demander. In turn, this study is a study deviating from current trend of studies on conflict within an organization, immersion, morale, performance factors, etc. of general tourist-business employees. The competitiveness of future tourism business entities would be influenced by service-providing ability of service practioners for customers, since future tourism business has continuous and boundless potentials; and the relationship among its’ human resources is critical. In this regards, a subsequent study should be performed for the improvement. Finally, this study is expected to help with management activation and decision-making of Korean tourism firms. It will also be desirable to further extend into better studies.
