This study aimed to explore the relationship among leisure participation, leisuresatisfaction, and life satisfaction of female immigrants for marriage in rural area. Data was collected from 243 foreign wives from Vietnam, Philippines, China andMongolia. Factor Analyses and Multiple regression analyses were employed to testhypotheses. Leisure activities were classified into four factors: exercise and outdooractivity, amusement activity, social activity, and cultural activity. Results showedthat the respondents preferred to participate in diverse recreation and leisureactivities except for hedonic ones, but they were less likely to participate in culturalactivities. Results also revealed that leisure participation influenced leisuresatisfaction and life satisfaction. In particularly, the effect of exercise and outdooractivity participation was significant statistically. Practical implications and researchrecommendations were discussed.
