Foodservice Industry operating managers and staff to analyze the factors affecting the hotel restaurant RevPASH was to provide information necessary for the operating strategy. RevPASH components- the average customer transaction, seat turnover, revenue(food, beverage, others) - analysis, and whether there are differences in the management planning and performance were identified. First, on the basis of analysis, it was established the 2010 management plan based on 2009. Management performance of 2010 RevPASH was improvement. but, it didn't achieve the established goals. Second, The results of applying the regression analysis in order to identify the associated RevPASH, it is associated with average number of common customers, the average customer transaction, per seat turnover and food revenue. Therefore, in order to improve the RevPASH, it will need strategy to increase the average customer transaction conducted by the to increase customer visits and seat turnover during the business hours.
