The aim of this study is to suggest a theoretical perspectives and comment throughcomparison on the bartender skill test held in the year 2013 and 2014. Key findings from the comparative study showed followings. Firstly, 17 questionsfrom the test in 2013 were deleted and replaced with 7 new questions in 2014. Noticeable changes in the questions were addition of traditional cocktails such asHealing, Jindo, Puppy Love, Geumsan, and Gochang, Secondly, standard recipeswere disclosed. Thirdly, three liquors were removed from the cocktail base. Fourthly,Irish coffee glass was no longer used and flute champagne glass was newlyintroduced. Also, selection of cocktail glasses were changed. Followings are suggestions from this study. Change of question type, selection oftraditional cocktail and allocation of cocktail skills.
