The core contents of corporate restructuring, which is being commonly performed around the world these days, are reduction of organization and elimination of duty or job position. Thus, the purpose of this study was to empirically find a relationship between procedural justice, trust in administration, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, and that are occurring in the restructuring process of the business department of hotels. For this, an empirical research was conducted on the heads of food and beverage department and sales workers of the other departments of the first-class hotels in Busan. A survey was conducted on remaining workers of the departments related business who have an experience of structural adjustment in first-class hotels of Busan from March 10th to 30th of 2015. As a result of verifying a relationship between procedural justice, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment according to Trust for the Management of workers of the hotel business department based on the survey, it was confirmed job satisfaction and organizational commitment increase when trust for the Management is high as workers put procedural justice.
