The purpose of this study is to assure the company competitive power through the identification of high commitment HRM(Human Resource Management)system and psychological empowerment influencing employee's career anchor. The methodology used SPSS ver. 22 statistical program for frequencies variables, reliability, factors analysis and Regression for influencing the variables. The results of the study were summarized as follows: First, high commitment HRM system and psychological empowerment have mutual relationship together. Second, employee's career anchor has influence from high commitment HRM system and psychological empowerment partially. Especially, motivation program of high commitment HRM system is more effective program for the individual career anchor. Therefore brain storming is needed for more developing the high commitment HRM system in real hotel industry. Consequently, for the employee's career anchor, especially motivation program, the hotel company has to invest further. That will be the competitive power for the future in Hotel industry.
