This study is to identify the casual relationship between competitiveness and business performance of MICE stakeholders and environmental sustainability. The competitiveness and business performance of MICE stakeholders were examined for environmental sustainability characters. For this study, service quality, market image and business management were used as competitiveness components and customer satisfaction & retention and new customer recruitment were used as performance components. From 12 Jan to 2 Feb, 2016, the survey was conducted 207 MICE stakeholders and the data were used for the practical analysis. In result. the relationship between competitiveness and business performance of MICE stakeholders and environmental sustainability showed the competitiveness is positively effected by environmental sustainability and business performances is positively effected by competitiveness. Such result meant that the competitiveness and business performance are effected by the environmental sustainability.
