The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among the food service corporation CEO characteristics, organizational trust and organizational commitment. A total of 267 food service corporation of employee’s were sampled using convenience sampling method. We used SPSS 21.0 for regression analysis. The findings of this research can be summarized as follows: First, leadership characteristics and psychological characteristics of the food service corporation CEO's had a positive effect on the CEO's trust. But competence characteristics had no significant affect on the CEO's trust. Second, leadership characteristics and psychological characteristics of the food service corporation CEO's had a positive effect on commitment. But competence characteristics had no significant affect on commitment. Third, the CEO's trust and organizational trust had a positive effect on commitment.
