The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of environment-convention participants' motivation and satisfaction on eco-tourism attitudes. The questionnaires were distributed from August 19 to August 20, 2014 on Jeonnam Damyang region(focused on participants at 'Korea River Day Forum)'. Of the 230 distributed questionnaires, 194 copies were used for data analysis with given a response rate of 84.3 percent. Methods of analysis including frequency, factor and regression analysis with SPSS 15.0 were conducted. The results of this study are as follows. It was founded that environmentconvention participant' motivation(diversion, knowledge acquisition, network, selfmanagement, convention content) have a partially significant effect on satisfaction of convention, and that this satisfaction have a significant effective eco-tourism attitudes.
