This study has purpose in investigating the effect of knowledge management activity of hotel cooks on Organizational Performance as it is recognized that knowledge management activity between members is very important to increase Organizational Performance of hotel cooks. Following the purpose of this study, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis using structural equation modeling were conducted using SPSS18.0 and AMOS 18.0 statistical programs. The research results are as follow. It was shown that knowledge generation and knowledge management among knowledge management activities has significantly positive influence on Organizational Performance. It was shown that knowledge generation and knowledge sharing among knowledge management activities has significantly positive influence on job satisfaction. Therefore, it was shown that these research results have much influence in the Organizational Performance of hotel cooks.
