The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of organizational characteristics and performances of professional dance company and communication. The subjects are professional dance company of Dancer. 232 patients were utilized in the final data analysis. Hypothesis Testing was conducted structural equation modeling analysis. The results were as follows: First, the characteristics of professional dance company procedural organization has had a positive impact on communication. However, structural organizational characteristics had no significant effect. Second, the organizational characteristics of professional dance company did not significantly affect the performance achievements. Third, the communication profession Dance has had a positive impact on performance outcomes. In conclusion, it is necessary to improve the organization's procedural nature in order to communicate the organization's professional dance company. It also facilitates communication between organizations and professional dance companies increase the performance quality of service.
