This study examines the effects of organizational justice dimensions on helping behavior and examines how organizational emotion and organizational trust play mediating roles between organizational justice dimensions and helping behavior in hotel foodservice department. The findings can be summarized as follows:First, procedural justice had positive effects on organizational emotion and organizational trust. Second, distributive justice had a statistically positive effect on organizational emotion. Third, informative justice had significantly positive effects on organizational emotion and organizational trust. Four, organizational emotion had statistical effects on organizational trust and helping behavior. Five, organizational trust had a positive effect on helping behavior.
