AB - The study is on the residents’ quality of life who are living in Chinatown of Wolmi Tourism Zone, Incheon. For the approach to the purpose of study, frequency analysis, regression analysis, correlation analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis were conducted by using SPSS 21 for Windows as statistical analysis tools. The basic conditions for the quality of life were divided into health management conditions, public security conditions, family and living conditions, education culture/entertainment conditions, economic conditions, social welfare conditions, regional social participation conditions and these conditions were used as independent variables and dependent variables.
