AB - The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among Value, Motivation, Satisfaction and life satisfaction of University students. The samples consisted of 200 college students and 200 data were collected and 187 of them were chosen as for the final data analysis. The data processing was done by exploratory factor analysis, regression analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of the study based on the research method and procedures are as follows. First, the outward directivity, pull-factor and selective satisfaction had significant influence on leisure life satisfaction. Second, the outward directivity and social satisfaction had significant influence on personal life satisfaction. Third, the happiness Directivity and service satisfaction had significant influence on social life satisfaction. This study has meaning in that it tested the relationship between tourist values and motive and overall satisfaction and investigated the relationship between life satisfactions.
