본 연구는 우선 돌봄 제공자가 누구인가를 기준으로 분류한 크레머의 돌봄 모델을 연구의 분석 틀로 적용하여 현재의 다양한 보육사업을 분석해 보고자 하였다. 다음으로 다양한 돌봄유형 중에서 여성가족부가 추진하고 있는 보육분야 여성 일자리 창출 차원에서의 주된 사업인 ‘대리모 돌봄유형(아이돌보미지원사업)’과 ‘세대간 돌봄유형(손주돌보미사업)’을 중심으로 이들 사업의 문제점을 파악하고 이에 따른 발전방안을 제시해 보고자 함이 주된 연구목적이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 사용된 연구방법은 기술적 연구이며 본 연구결과가 보다 나은 보육정책 수립 및 제도 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.
This article examined the analysis related with varied child care services adopting the analytic framework by Kremers' model of care. The purpose of this study is tried to discuss problems and to suggest the improvement direction for the child-carer service and the grandchild-carer service. These services is a major service for women's job creation on child care departments seeking the Ministry of Gender Equality and Families. To achieve these objectives, descriptive study were used. This study is to expect that such results could be used as a basic data for establishment and improvement of child care policy.
