본 연구는 근무기관 유형에 따른 어린이집 평가인증 운영과정에 대한 보육교사의 인식을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 평가인증에 참여한 보육교사 198명을 대상으로 연구자들이 개발한 질문지를 사용하여 어린이집 평가인증 운영과정에 대한 인식을 조사․분석하였다. 연구결과 어린이집 교사들은 어린이집 평가인증 운영과정인 신청, 자체점검, 평가, 심의, 운영원칙의 적절성에 대해 보통이라고 응답하였다. 또한 법인어린이집 교사가 다른 유형의 어린이집 교사보다 평가인증 운영과정에 대해 더 적절하다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 보다 합리적이고 의미 있는 평가인증 운영과정을 위한 시사점 및 향후 연구과제에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the teachers' perception on the operation process of child care center accreditation system and further to suggest a direction of its future development. The questionnaire prepared through this process was distributed to 198 from teachers. Collected data were analyzed through one way ANOVA to see differences among the groups. The results of this study were summarized as follows. The childcare teacher considerably well perceived the operation precess of childcare center accreditation system. The teachers of corporate child care centers were satisfied with the ones of other types of child care centers were done.
