본 연구는 기술수용모델과 신뢰이론을 기반으로 하여 유비쿼터스 서비스의 이전 도입과 이후 도입 간의 도입 경로를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 유비쿼터스 서비스 도입 이전과 이후는 서로 다른 메커니즘을 보여주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 현재 국내 유비쿼터스 서비스는 캐즘(chasm) 단계이며, 이를 극복하기 위해 정부와 기업은 유비쿼터스 서비스의 신뢰를 높이는데 노력해야 할 것으로 보인다.


We investigate the adoption paths between pre-adoption and post-adoption in ubiquitous services (uT) based on technology acceptance model and trust theory. The results showed that there is a different mechanism in uT adoption between pre-adoption and post-adoption. And uT in Korea is now in chasm phase.
