보건소 내 간호사가 지각하는 조직문화 유형이 조직유효성(직무만족, 조직몰입, 업무성과)에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 임파워먼트가 조직문화 유형과 조직유효성과의 관계에서 조절효과가 있는지를 규명하기 위하여 연구를 실시하였다. 이를 검증하기 위하여 G시와 J도에 소재하는 6개 보건소에서 근무하는 간호사 145명을 대상으로 하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 연구결과는 보건소 내 간호사의 조직문화 유형에 따라 조직유효성(직무만족, 조직몰입, 업무성과)에 차이가 있으며 밀접한 상관관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 특히 인간적, 진취적, 위계적문화 유형의 성향이 높을수록 직무만족과 조직몰입 및 업무성과가 높게 나타났고, 임파워먼트의 조직유효성에 대한 조절효과는 직무만족과 조직몰입에서 있었다. 결론적으로 목표를 추구하는 인간적문화 유형과 조직에서 업무의 주체인 구성원 개인의 목표달성에도 관심을 갖는 진취적 조직문화로 변화할 수 있도록 임파워시켜야 할 것으로 사료된다.


In health providing of public department, Public health center is the official department that provides medical care service to people and needed to be recognized seriously in job satisfaction and organization commitment. The quality of health care service depends on perception of civilians at the point of transferring interaction among them who are nurses and service receiver. Therefore, organization efficiency increases in condition that nurses perceive the empowerment that fulfills job value. This research figures out how the types of nurse organization in health care system affect on organization efficiency and how empowerment has their efficiency on controlling types of organization culture and organization efficiency. To examine this result, 145 subjects are carefully chosen from six Public health Center in G city, J district. The analyzed results are following. The results of the experiment shows that there is close relationship between organization efficiency and organization culture. Especially, the more humanism, progressive and hierarchy, the more highly job efficiency. Also, as control variable, because it affects on job satisfaction and organization commitment, it is better to put significant effort on creating and designing progressive organization culture to think and care patients firstly and simultaneously entire purpose.
