본 논문은 DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) 기법에 의하여 ERP 도입 기법의 효율성 평가에 대하여 연구하였다. 특히, 이번 연구에서는 ‘ERP 도입 이전’과 'ERP 도입 이후'의 효율성 변화에 대하여 CCR 모형과 BCC 모형을 통해 제조기업들을 비교 분석하였다. 그리고 DEA 기법을 이용하여 ERP 도입 기업들의 상대적인 효율성을 검증함으로써, 산업별로 ERP 도입이 기업 성과에 큰 영향을 미치는 산업을 선별하여 그렇지 않은 산업과 비교 분석하였다. CCR모형과 BCC모형에서 모두 도입 후 3년 정도 지난 시점에서 ERP를 도입한 기업의 상대적인 효율성이 커진 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
In this paper, performances for firms of having implemented ERP have been studied by applying DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis). Especially, this study has compared the relative efficiency of 'before ERP' of manufacturing firms with that of 'after ERP' of same manufacturing firms. And for industry groups and firms within the industry groups, the relative efficiency indices were compared using DEA of CCR model and BCC model. 'After ERP' efficiencies have been more increased than 'before ERP' efficiencies in both results of applying CCR model and BCC model.
