본 연구는 중국 주식회사제 상업은행에 대해 DEA 분석과 MPI분석을 하였다. 분석대상은 12개 중국 주식회사제 상업은행이며, 분석기간은 2004년에서 2009년까지 6개년간이다. 그리고 효율성 및 생산성 분석을 위해서 투입변수는 직원수, 고정자산, 총자산을 산출변수는 예금수, 대출금, 당기순이익을 선정하였다. 실증분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 투입변수와 산출변수의 기술통계랑에서 시계열적으로 보면 변수들은 증가경향을 보이고 있다. 둘째, 효율성은 기술효율성(TE), 순수기술효율성(PTE), 규모효율성(SE)으로 분석하였다. 그 결과를 보면 기술효율성의 평균으로 보면 전체적으로 상승 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, Malmquist 생산성 지수(MPI)는 전체 적으로 하락하고 있다. 구체적으로 보면 기술변화지수(TCI)는 향상되었고, 기술적 효율성 변화지수(TECI)는 T2와 T4는 하락 추세를 보이고 있다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze DEA and MPI of china Joint-stock banks. The analysis targeted 12 Joint-stock banks and was conducted for 6 years from 2004 to 2009. China started opening her bank industry on a full scale and her financial markets after entering into the WTO in December, 2006. As a results, the chinese commercial banks should make efforts to enhance their operational efficiency for adapting the rapid change of financial environments. Therefore, according to the financial environment, it is very important that the banking should be development the efficiency. Based on previous researches, the input variables of this study are the number of employees, fixed assets, total asset and variables of outputs are total deposits, loans, annual profit. The sample group for this study is selected in China Financial Yearbook during the period from 2005 to 2010. The major results of the study ate as follow:First, technical statistics of input and output variables were examined. Second, Technical efficiency, Pure technical efficiency and Scale efficiency of china commercial banks were analyzed. Last, Malmquist productivity index was analyzed.
