As a whole, a form of government of modern liberal democracy can be classified roughly into three types of representative Parlimentary Government by England, Presidential System of America and French Double Executive.Actually, Parlimentary Government and Presidential System can be formed the main. Parlimentary Government generally keep up equality and balance walk out with two form separation of powers for legislation and administration, In the other side, It mean a form of government that keep up each other intimate universal harmony connection. or It is adopting to institutional the superiority for different power structure in the majority of liberal democracy nation.
