The problematic of land use of metropolitan area is suddenly happen to tendency of urbanization in 1960 years. Namely, concentration of population and industry was formed because of leaned upon land use of metropolitan area.This urban problem caused to not only unbalanced development of land space, but also traffic congestion, insufficiency of house problem and real estate, rise of the price of land, environmental pollution, insufficiency of park and green area and crime etc. To keep away these problems was established law of improvement plan of the Metropolitan area. Through this law was regulated land use of metropolitan area. But intensification of regulation of metropolitan area is not advisable through this law.I think, that the supply of the land of city use consequently is increased. That causes to a drop in land expense of the enterprise, and through this way we can raise international competitiveness. With this in mind, it is desirable to use the policy of relaxing of restrictions of land use, for example, policy of use zone, policy of regulation of concentration of metropolitan area and greenbelt etc.
