This study was to examine mobile phone and internet users' perceived anxiety, perceived damage, possibility, and recognized countermeasures for personal information leakage, in relation to their reliability on digital media suppliers, use amount, and self-disclosure. Study findings are as follows: When mobile phone and internet users' reliability on mobile phone service providers is higher, their anxiety is lower. In relation to use amount, middle users' perceived anxiety, perceived damage, and leakage possibility is the highest. As to self-disclosure, those who have joined many Internet sites recognize that the possibility of their personal information leakage is higher. In addition to that, such factors as the reliability of the Internet sites, the use frequency of electronic commerce, and the number of their being membership of the Internet sites have significant influence upon users' perceived anxiety. Besides, the reliability of mobile phones and the number of their being membership of the Internet sites have significant influence upon users' perceived damage. Finally, regarding the recognition of such factors as the use amount of both mobile phones and the Internet, the use frequency of electronic commerce, and the number of their being membership of the Internet sites have significant influence upon the possibility of personal information leakage.
