Generally, the distinction between assailant and victim is constructed by the direction of the behavior resulted. However, when we consider the juvenile delinquence in the aspect of durkheimmien concept, "social fact", we can confirm that this distinction can be newly defined not only at the individual level but also at the social structure level. That is, we can say that, in this aspect, the juvenile assailant can be another victim resulted from the wrong operation of the social structure including him. In this proposition, this study offer us an analysis on the socio-structural cause through a multi-dimensional method with the official statistic data, the question research and interview research in the inductive perspective.
