The purposes of the study were the following; to analyze the present condition of the support system for juvenile victims of sexual crimes, to find any problems, and to suggest an improvement plan for the effective implementation of policy. The following issues appeared in the study; prostitution counseling and protection institutions, sexual violence counseling and protection institutions, child sexual violence centers, education systems for juvenile victims of prostitution, and protection and support systems for crime victims in the criminal justice process. With regard to the result of the present study, it was concluded as three different issues. First, as regards Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs, it will be necessary to do as follows; to take charge of support institutions for juvenile victims of sexual crimes, to establish protection measures against the victimization of juveniles, and to intensify connection and cooperation with NGOs. Second, it will be necessary to provide expert aid to juveniles and their families who have been victimized by sexual crimes in terms of social welfare support and worker training, and to protect their private information in the criminal justice process. Third, it will be necessary to be educated social workers for revitalization of detection and reporting of juvenile sexual crimes, increasing sexual education to juveniles and the elimination of harmful environments. Finally, enough financial support has to be provided to give effective support to victims.
