This empirical study is focused on to analyze the concept and reality of sexual harassment understood and experienced by the university students. There had been series of survey for 4 years to ask questionnaires about how they understand the concept of sexual harassment and how they experience sexual harassment in campus life. As a result, there are few findings and suggestions. First, all the university should collect and release their statistics regarding campus crime every year. There are quiet large numbers of sexual harassment is on going, however, neither present legal system nor administrative procedure handle those incident appropriately. Second, students well understood the concept of sexual harassment. However they did not know how to react when they were facing sexual harassment in the campus. Among those who were answered as experienced victims, 70% were female students. There should be a specific educational program which should be constructed upon gender perspective. Third, there are different peer group which offended different kinds of sexual harassment. This research constructed the kinds of sexual harassment into three groups; verbal, visual and physical. Elder peer group tend to offend verbal sexual harassment while young peer group tend to violate visual and/or physical. In order to prevent sexual harassment in the campus, university administration may divide those acts deliberately and tackle respectively.
