AB - Since 1990s the growth of the Korean church has continuously reducedand decreased. The reason why Korean church has declined is because ofnegative evaluation and image toward Korean church and the sexual ethicsand morality of Korean pastor, lack of personality, focused on church succession,and unbiblical ministry and preaching, and pastoral strategy doesnot fit at the time; the above-mentioned are the obstacles that Korean churchfaces today. This project suggested that twelve healthy and effective church growthprinciples, strategies and methods for healthier future for Korean church toovercome the difficulties that Korean churches face. Korean church can nolonger grow and can survive with those situation and circumstancescurrently. Because that the healthier church is well balanced, if Korean churchesuse this project of twelve effective church growth principles, strategies,Korean churches can overcome and develop through the methods that thisproject proposed. As follows: twelve healthy and effective church growth principles andstrategies that presented this project. (1) Concentrate on Effective Prayer Ministry, (2) Building Vision, CoreValues, and Regular Strategic Planning, (3) Reinforce Pastors’ Character and Leadership, (4) Make Preparations for Preaching to Change LivesThoroughly, (5) The Mobilization and Development /Upbringing of Laity/Lay‐Minister, (6) Develop Excitement, Grace, and God‐Exalting Worship, (7)Prepare Systematical and Effective Evangelism Strategy, (8) DevelopStrategies about Assimilation for New Church Membership, (9) EnrichEffective Strategies/Systems for Disciple‐Making and Small group, (10)Building a Ministry Team that Ministers, (11) Make your Church Favorable toYour to the Community and Unchurched, and (12) Build Plan ofReproduction through Separation Church Planting. This project simply suggested not only the principles of church plantingand element but also the principles and methods to set up healthychurch for seminary students and pastors that church planting desired in thefuture.
