현대적인 의미의 철학상담과 치료는 1981년 독일의 아헨바흐가 철학실천을 하면서 시작되었다. 그러나 고대로부터 철학은 이론적인 탐구 이외에도 치료와 상담을 목적으로 하였다. 그렇다면 칸트 철학 또한 철학상담과 치료의 성격을 지니고 있을까? 칸트의 철학은 구체적인 삶의 문제를 해결하는 데 도움이 되지 못한 채 이론적인 차원의 탐구에만 그친 것은 아닐까? 본 논문은 선험적인 관념론이라는 난해한 사상을 전개한 칸트가 대중들이 관심을 가질 만한 주제도 다루면서 철학을 통해 치료와 상담이 가능하다는 점을 직접 보여주었다는 사실을 밝힐 것이다. 또한 본 논문은 인식론과 윤리학, 종교철학 등 칸트 철학의 거의 모든 영역이 현대적 철학실천가들에 의해 치료와 상담에 적용되고 있다는 사실도 확인할 것이다. 우리의 탐구는 다음과 같은 질문에 대답하는 방식으로 수행될 것이다. 칸트는 자신의 철학적인 개념과 사고방식을 구체적인 삶의 문제에 적용하며 철학했는가? 만약 그렇다면, 칸트의 이런 철학함은 오늘날 철학실천과 철학상담의 현장에서도 적용될 수 있는가? 이러한 질문에 답하기 위해서 우리는 먼저 대표적인 철학실천가들의 칸트에 대한 평가를 살펴볼 것이다. 그런 다음 우리는 『실용적 관점에서의 인간학』, 『학부논쟁』, 『뇌질환 탐색』, 『형이상학의 꿈에 비추어 본 시령자의 꿈』, 『계몽이란 무엇인가에 대한 답변』 등과 같은 칸트의 저서들을 분석할 것이다.
Philosophical counseling and therapy of the modern sense began with the G. Achenbach’s Philosophical practice in Germany in 1981. However, from ancient the purpose of philosophy was the theoretical exploration in addition to therapy and counseling. So, what Kantian philosophy also has the nature of the therapy and counseling? Maybe it is mere philosophy of Kant is not only explore the theoretical dimension while not help to solve the problem of the concrete life? Kant, who developed the idea of esoteric transcendental idealism, also dealt with themes of interest to the public, So he proved by himself that fact therapy and counseling is possible through philosophy. This paper will also check that epistemology and ethics, philosophy of religion, such as Kant almost all areas of philosophy are applied to counseling and therapy by modern philosophical practitioners. This study will be carried out in a way that answers the following questions: Doing philosophy, did Kant himself his philosophical concepts and thinking apply to the problems of his concrete life? If so, could this philosophy of Kant be applied today in the field of philosophical practice and counseling? To answer these questions we will first look at the reviews of Kant’s philosophy of leading practitioners. Then we will analyze the writings of Kant, such as Anthropologie in pragmatischer Hinsicht, Der Streit der Fakultäten, Versuch Über die Krankheiten des Kopfes, Träume eines Geistersehers, erläutert durch Träume der Metaphysik, Was heißt: Sich im Denken orientiren?
