This Paper is focusing on the legal problems on regulation of noise-vibration pollution. We have to be patient because it is inevitable that noise-vibration pollution should be happened everyday around us. But if it can't stand this noise-vibration, we have to sue someone for damages. In this case, we have to require further examination about the legal grounds of the bearable duty and compensation for the loss. I will study this topics with comparative examination among Germany, Japan and Korea. The former is called to account for legal grounds in the principle of law-governed country, the latter claims compensation than damages. German law is more helpful to Korean law.
