본 연구는 구직자들의 구직 강도를 결정하는 결정요인으로 구직 효능감, 구직 명료성 그리고 고용 몰입을 제시하였다. 이러한 변수들 간의 구조적인 관계를 파악하고 아직까지 명확하게 밝혀지지 않은 구직 명료성의 특성을 이해하고자 연구 모형을 구성하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 고용지 원센터를 이용하는 구직자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 6개 청 소 속 17개 고용지원센터를 방문하여 구직자들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으 며 최종 분석에는 800개의 자료를 사용하였다. 분석을 위하여 구조방정식 모형을 이용하였으며, 분석 결과에 따르면 구직자의 구직 강도에는 구직 효 능감, 구직 명료성 그리고 고용 몰입이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나 타났다. 또한 구직 효능감은 구직 명료성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만, 동시 에 구직 명료성을 통한 간접효과도 확인되어 구직 명료성의 매개효과를 확 인하였다. 또한 구직 명료성은 고용 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 이러한 연구 결과는 구직자의 행동을 이해하고 고용지원센터 이용 구직자의 서비스 방향을 결정하는 데 시사점을 제공한다.


This study presented the determinants which decides job search intensity of the job seekers such as job search efficacy, job search clarity and employment commitment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the determinants and job search intensity and to find out the characteristics of job search clarity which has not been clearly revealed yet. To achieve this purpose, data were collected through questionnaire instruments from job seeker whom visited job centers. To test the hypotheses, structural equation modeling was employed, and the model is shown as adequately fitting to the data. In compliance with an analytical result all the determining factors appeared with the fact that affects in job search intensity. Also job search efficacy was positively related with job search clarity which has a mediating effect of relationship between job search efficacy and job search intensity. Finally, job search clarity was positively related with employment commitment too. This results make some contribution to job seeker behavior literature and the service strategies of job center.
