‘체득윤리’는 어떤 추상적 관념의 인식원리가 아니라 “구체성의 변증법”의 존재원리에 따르는 ‘행위의 해석’을 통해 도덕성을 교육하거나 비도덕성을 교정함으로써 우리 인간의 이타적 공존의 감수성을 ‘함양/회복’시킬 수 있는 윤리를 가리키기 위해 쓴 말이다. 이 논문은 그러한 ‘체득윤리’의 의미를 현상학의 실존론적 관점에서 ‘심미적 이성’과 연계해 규명함으로써 후설 이후의 현상학에 함축된 전통극복의 대안윤리를 제시하려는 목적을 갖는다. 이를 위해 이 논문은 우선, (1)도덕의 교육과 교정 및 치유의 기재로 취해져온 전통의 선험주의적인 혹은 경험주의적인 태도에 입각한 규범윤리의 이론적 타당성과 그에 따른 실천적 유효성에 내재된 문제를 비판적으로 진단하는 한편, (2)전통의 윤리를 지양하는 자리에서 대안성을 갖는 ‘체득윤리’의 가능한 모습을 보브와르의 《초대받은 여자》(L'Invitée)에 대한 현상학자 메를로-퐁티의 도덕론적 비평문 「소설과 형이상학」(Le roman et la métaphysique)의 논리에 기대어 드러낸 후, (3)<‘실존현상학의 윤리적 측면’을 구체화한 체득윤리>와 <종래 전통윤리>의 관계를 그 둘의 양립 가능성 수준에서 수렴함으로써, 체득윤리가 전통윤리의 ‘이론/실천’적 문제를 보완하는 동시에 최근 응용인문학의 한 갈래로서 모색되고 있는 “윤리적 치료”를 위한 실질의 토대로서 작용할 수 있음을 주장했다.
The ethics getting from experience is termed at my option for the purpose of indicating the basic ethics which educates person in morality and reforms an immorality through the <explicating of our conduct> that is carry out in accordance with not a abstract principle of knowledge but a concrete principle of being. It is the purpose of this paper to present that such ethics can be regarded as an alternative one, and it has been implicated in the phenomenology since E. Husserl concerning the aesthetical logos(existence's reason) at a phenomenological view of point. And this paper deal with fellowing matters to realize the purpose : (1) To examine critically the traditional theories id est normative ethics which fellows the method of metaphysical or of psychological or of sociological approach, concerning the problem of ethics in theory and practice (2) To reveal a possible figure of the ethics getting from experience which has an alternativity on the ground of Merleau-ponty's philosophical comment upon Simone de Beauvoir's novel (L'Invitée) in terms of sublating tradition's normative ethics. (3) To make elucidate the compatible relation between the normative ethics of tradition and the ethics getting from experience that gives shape to the ethical side of existential phenomenology, which aims at dissolving the traditional ethics' problem in the ethics getting from experience. Besides these matters, this paper also refers to the foundational function of the ethics getting from experience acts on ethical therapy.
