강감찬의 19대 손인 소현세자빈 강씨는 인조의 큰 아들인 소현세자의 부인으로 민회빈 강씨로 불렸다. 소현세자빈 강씨는 병자호란 후 청나라 심양으로 끌려가 많은 고생을 하였지만, 심양생활을 하는 동안 국제적 경영 감각을 보여주었다. 귀국 후 소현세자가 죽자 소현세자빈 강씨가 소현세자를 독살하고 왕실을 저주한다는 모함을 받고 궁궐에서 쫓겨나 1646년 사사되었다. 그러나 숙종 44년 1718년에 죄가 없음이 밝혀져 다시 복위되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 400년 전 조선시대 최초 여성 CEO였던 소현세자빈 강씨가 성공한 여성 CEO로서 보여준 기업가정신의 내용을 조명하는데 있다. 논문은 크게 두 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 앞 부분은 소현세자빈 강씨의 생애사적인 측면과 소현세자빈 강씨와 관련된 선행연구를 정리하였다. 뒷 부분은 소현세자빈 강씨가 보여준 기업가정신의 내용을 분석하여 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 소현세자빈 강씨가 보여준 기업가정신은 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 교역에서 블루오션을 찾았다. 17세기에 시도되지 않았던 교역이라는 기회를 포착하고 위험감수를 하면서 새로운 영역인 교역에서 블루오션을 개척하였다. 둘째, 왕실의 체면을 벗어던졌다. 기존 세자빈이라는 신분에 대한 규제와 제약을 뛰어 넘어 창의력과 환경적응능력을 가지고 활동하였다. 셋째, 조선 농업의 우수성에서 글로벌 경쟁력을 찾았다. 대신들의 반대에도 불구하고 조선 농업의 우수성을 믿고 농사를 짓기 시작한 부분은 결단성과 용기를 나타내는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 넷째, 탁월한 열린 경영을 하였다. 심양에서의 볼모상황을 극복하고 조선과 청나라 및 주변국의 상황을 분석하여 농장 경영 및 교역에 활용하는 능력을 나타내는 부분은 개방주의적 사고에 기초한 정보 분석 및 열린 경영을 실천한 것으로 볼 수 있다.
Mrs. Gang, a wife of Prince Sohyeonseja who was the eldest son of King Injo in the Joseon Dynasty. She was called Minhoebin, and she was a 19th descendent of General Gang Gamchan. After the Byeongjahoran, a painful Aggression by the Qing Dynasty, her husband and her became detained into China, and they had to lead a painful life there. Gangbin showed a international management sense during the life in Simyang. When they were sent back to Korea, her husband was passed away. After that, she was expelled from the court because some royal families slandered she was poisoned her husband and cursed royal families. At last, she was bestowed poison as a death penalty in 1646. In the 44th year of King Sukjong (1718) she was restored as a princess since she was found innocent. The purpose of this paper was to identify the lifetime and entrepreneurship of Mrs. Gang, a Wife of Prince Sohyeonseja(indicated below Gangbin). Gabfbin was the first female CEO in Korean history in the previous 400 years. And We examined about entrepreneurship and female CEO-based aspect in Gangbin, whom is being newly illuminated recently through diverse routes. This paper was divided into two parts : first is the Gangbin's life history and review of precedent literature, second is the entrepreneurship of Gangbin. The result are as follows : first, Gangbin find a blue ocean in trade, second GAngbin cast away face of Royal family and pursue practical interest, third, Gangbin find a international competitiveness in Joseon agriculture, fourth, Gangbin practice open management.
