본 연구에서는 실천공동체에 기반을 둔 부모교육 프로그램의 운영모델을 개발하고 적용하여, 그 효과성을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 실천공동체에 대한 선행연구를 토대로 부모교육 프로그램 운영모델을 개발하였으며, 전문가 검토를 통하여 타당화하였다. 개발한 교육 프로그램을 총 107명의 어머니를 대상으로 운영하였으며, 프로그램 운영모델의 효과를확인하기 위하여 양육 스트레스, 부모 효능감, 가족관계 건강에 대한 사전-사후 검증, 교육프로그램에 대한 참가자들의 인식을 분석하였다. 실천공동체 기반 부모교육 프로그램 운영모델은 첫째, 참가자들의 양육 스트레스를 낮추고, 부모 효능감과 가족관계 건강을 증진시키는 데에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 본 프로그램 운영모델은 참가자들이자기 탐색의 기회, 관점 전환의 기회를 마련해줌으로써 근본적으로 양육 문제, 관계 문제를개선해나가는 데 기여한 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study is to develop a model of parent education program based Community of Practice(CoP) and to analyze of outcome of the model. Through the preceding research, the model was developed and verified by expert-opinion data. The parent education model were implemented to 107 participants. The effects of the developed program were analyzed using experimental studies of pre-post test. The program shows significant difference in Parenting Stress, Parent efficacy, Family Strengths. The model showed that improve parenting problems, relationship problems by providing the opportunity of self-exploration, and the chance of switching the perspective on the family.
