본 연구의 목적은 친족 성폭력 피해 아동 가족 지원기관 실무자들의 경험에서 발견된 친족성폭력 피해 아동 가족의 특성과 대응을 이해하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 연구자들은 친족 성폭력 피해 아동 가족 지원 실무자 29명을 만나 심층면접을 통해 자료를 수집하였고 질적 사례연구 방법으로 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 나타난 주제는 ‘개입 전 가족의특성’, ‘개입 초기 가족의 대응’, ‘개입 후 가족의 변화’ 이다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 추후 친족 성폭력 피해 아동과 가족에 대한 개입에서 고려해야 할 실천적 정책적 지침들을 제안하였다.
The purpose of the study is to explore the characteristics and coping mechanisms of incestfamily. The researcher interviewed 29 practitioners from 10 agencies. The data was analyzed as case content analysis. It was categorized as “pre existing familycharacteristics”, “initial coping mechanisms” and “post intervention change.”The research results imply various legal, economic, clinical protective systems for incestfamilies especially when the perpetrator is the only bread winner.
